Hopefully you'll be completely satisfied with your new coloured contact lenses, but if you aren't, please read our following returns policy.

If we ever get your order wrong:
This should never happen, but in the event that it does, please get into contact with us first to let us know what you would like us to do. Please note that the coloured contact lenses must be unmarked, unused and unopen otherwise we cannot process your refund. You have the option of either:
- An exchange for a different pair.
- A full refund.
We'll refund you for what it costs you to post them back to us, it's the least we can do to say sorry if the mistake was ours.
If you simply aren't happy with your coloured contact lenses:
You may return the contact lenses back to us within seven days of receiving them, provided that the box is unmarked, unused and unopen. We will refund you once we receive them, but we will not refund your postage costs if you just change your mind.
Cost of returning goods:
Products sent back to us are at your own cost, unless:
- We sent you the wrong product.
- The product is faulty or damaged.
We advise you get a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office when sending products back to us, that way we know how much to refund you and also if the product goes missing in the post, you can claim that money back from Royal Mail.
When sending coloured contact lenses back to us, please include a note that states:
- Your Name.
- What action you would like us to take (e.g, refund).
As this allows us to resolve your issues faster.

PLEASE NOTE for returns OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND the package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state this then Coloured-contact-lenses.co.uk may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a refund. We strongly recommend that you post any items back to us with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the mail.
Any refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to show in your account. You will be refunded using the same method you used to purchase the goods.
Exchanges will be sent out once your goods are received into our warehouse so long as we have the item(s) in stock. If the item(s) are out of stock we will contact you to let you know when we expect a delivery from our suppliers.
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or if it is faulty and unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
